You should set the default settings as close to your standard as possible to avoid ticking the same box repeatedly at every start. You can tick the box Let the scoring program override default settings, if you want to govern the settings from the scoring program. The principle is that: i. Default settings are superseded by the settings coming from the scoring program (if any) when the aforementioned box is ticked. ii. The (possibly superseded) default settings can be changed in the Game Settings dialog. iii. If the Bridge Scorer Control is closed and then reopened the Game Settings will come up as you (last) saved them. |
