It can happen that BridgeScorer support asks you to send the log file. The easiest way to do this is to zip the event folder and send that because that folder contains all files that support wants. The event folder is by default put in C:\BOS\Events and has the same name as you gave the event. You will need to locate the log file yourself if you did not start your event via BOS. Usually you will find the log file next to the .bws file (that you should also send to support). Note: the log that we are talking about here is NOT the BMlog file with extension .txt, but a file with the same name as the event having the extension .log. |
